Job Description

• Person with good hands on experience on ASP.net, Vb.Net.
• Should have good RDBMS skills- MSSQL.
• Exposure on C# would be an added advantage.
• Should have good analytical & communication skills.
• The candidate must provide day-to-day guidance and leadership to project team members.
• He/ She should be coordinating project roles and activities. Anticipate, identify, and develop effective solutions to potential project delays or issues.
• Coordinate application testing and implementation with business users and IT staff to ensure achievement of project goals and minimize disruption.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities to effectively meet deadlines. Leading other developers: training, mentoring, etc.
• Maintaining and enhancing existing applications. Lead and manage projects related to web/ windows development.
• Ensuring adherence to processes and standards by the entire development team.
• Take ownership for FURPS (Functionality, Usability, Reliability, and Performance & Stability) of features / component(s) done by self/team.
• Take responsibility to coordinate activities (internal and external partners) for component/functional area.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good expertise on VSS 2005. Should have good analytical & communication skills.
• Knowledge of .Net-ASP.Net, VB.Net.
• Report request documentation maintenance
• Report creation
• Data validation of reports.
• Person should be willing to work in shift as support team need to be available till midnight to provide support to the users.
• Available on week ends over the phone.
