| Job Description |
Hands on experience in handling Cisco Contact Center/IPT Infrastructure.
Verse with following Cisco Unified Communication Products
Cisco Unified ICM Scripting.
Cisco Unified ICM /CCE (Contact Center Enterprise - IPCC) Installation, Configuration and Administration.
Knowledge of products like CUCM, CVP, UCCMP, CUIC.
Knowledge VRU product like Cisco CVP and IP IVR.
ICM Architecture knowledge of Call Router, Logger, HDS, AWs and Peripheral Gateways.
Good Understanding of Pre- Routing, Post routing and Translation Route
ICM Scripting experience in Network IVR/VXML environment.
VXML application development using Cisco Call studio application.
Experience in ICM Tools Config Manager, Script Editor, Call Tracer, Router Log viewer etc.
Good understanding of MS SQL database.
Should be strong in analysis, architectural design and reasoning capabilities.
Should have solid experience in major project implementations & field support.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Willing to learn new technologies and ability to learn them quickly.
Experience in Contact Center Enterprise suite of products.
Cisco Voice Gateways (ISR Routers, ISR G2 Routers and Analog gateways).
Gateway protocols: H323, SIP, MGCP, SCCP.
Good understanding of switching * VLAN, Voice VLAN, VTP, STP, PoE, Routing and switching concepts.
