Team Member-WFM-IEX

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Education: Any.

Job Description

  • He should have at least 6 months of call center experience.
  • Basic MS Office skills are required.
  • Knowledge of a scheduling software such as IEX, Blue Pumpkin or Aspect is an advantage.
  • The candidate must have knowledge on WFM Tool, ACD Reporting.
  • Automatic call recording and monitoring system, Experience in either IEX/ BluePumpkin/ Aspect is a must, experience in long term forecasting and capacity planning.
  • Minimum one year experience in call centre.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • The candidate should be able to create annual volume and staffing forecasts.
  • Optimization on seat allocation to programs and maintain updated floor plan at all times.
  • Accurately predict shrinkages and incorporate the same into the staff plan.
  • Ensure Accuracy of forecasts and track deviations.
  • Ensure that ramp plan is executed as per timelines.
  • Track progress from staffing, seat allocation, logistics and change management perspective and highlight any deviations.
  • Knowledge on MS Office is preferable.
  • Knowledge on any of the WFM tools is prefered - IEX, Aspect , Blue Pumpkin, Symposium, Avaya.
  • Experience in call centre preferred.
