MPS Developer 3.0 Platform
Analysis, design and development of the IVR applications on Nortel (AVAYA)/Periphonics MPS platform following full project lifecycle.
3 years of directly related IVR Application development and design experience (Overall experience of 5 years)
Any experience with speech platforms would be an added plus.
Experience of working with JSB, Web Services and VXML
Experience in IVR and call center technologies
Knowledge of telecom networks SS7 & SIP signaling will be preferred
Hands-on on SQL queries, stored procedures, etc
Hands-on on Solaris
Strong in communication skills.
Able to work with little supervision.
Able to work in shifts
Interact with vendors and internal groups as part of support activities and new project implementations.
Production support of the IVR applications and systems on an as required basis.
Certification with MPS platform would be added plus.
