We endeavor to make a positive contribution to the physically challenged community by providing a platform to get equal employment opportunities and bringing them upfront in the corporate world wherein disability is not a barrier.

Futuresoft participated in EmployAbility Fest for Physically Challenged

As a part of Corporate Social Responsibility, Futuresoft India Pvt. Ltd participated in Employability Fest held on 23rd and 24th Feb 2008 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

We endeavor to make a positive contribution to the physically challenged community by providing a platform to get equal employment opportunities and bringing them upfront in the corporate world wherein disability is not a barrier.

Around 40+ top IT and Non IT organizations participated in the fest and approximately 800+ candidates were the part of the same.

We found the candidates a pool of talent that is yet to be touched by the corporate world. The EmplyAbility Fest has contributed a lot in bringing this pool upfront and expose them to the corporates

FutureSoft Sponsored Tsunami School

FutureSoft employees contributed part of their salaries towards Tsunami Rehabilitation.

With this money, Round Table India rebuilt a damaged school in about 80 odd Kms from Chennai near Pondy.

The school, in a small way helps reorganize the lives of Tsunami victims.

Mr Ganesh and his friends from Madras Round Table 162 put in exceptional efforts in managing/ monitoring the reconstruction. Practically all weekends and many working days have been devoted in ensuring that the inauguration and handover was completed on 18th December before the first anniversary of Tsunami.
